The Enforcement Homepage Dashboard allows you to view your enforcement information in real time.

Benefits

Use the Enforcement Homepage Dashboard to view a quick snapshot of your organization’s enforcement-specific data. You can use this data to help inform your decision-making process.

Time Considerations

Current Day

Data displayed in the dashboard reflects any activity that occurs between midnight and 11:59 PM on the current day, unless the tiles display “Last 7 Days.”

Time Zones

The time zone is determined in portal for the logged-in user. 

Note: If the user travels to a different time zone, the dashboard will not reflect the new time zone.

Sections

Citations Issued

• Total displays total number of citations issued today
• Warnings displays total number of citations issued today

Open Appeals

• Appeals in Progress displays total number of appeals currently in progress
• Hearings Requested displays total number of hearings that have been requested today

Recent Citations

• Displays five most recent citations issued
• Ordered by zone; zones with highest revenue first

Top Violation Types

• Displays list of violation types incurred on the current day
• Ordered by violation name; violation name with most violations issued displays first

Top Issuers

• Displays officers who issued the most citations today
• Ordered by officer; officer with most violations issued displays first

Top Zones

• Displays zones with most citations issued today
• Ordered by zone; zone with most violations issued displays first
