The Parking, Enforcement, and Permits Homepage Dashboard allows you to view your enforcement information in real time.

Benefits

Use the Parking, Enforcement, and Permits Homepage Dashboard to view a quick snapshot of your organization’s data. You can use this data to help inform your decision-making process.

Time Considerations

Current Day

Data displayed in the dashboard reflects any activity that occurs between midnight and 11:59 PM on the current day.

Time Zones

The time zone is determined in portal for the logged-in user. 

Note: If the user travels to a different time zone, the dashboard will not reflect the new time zone.

Sections

Note: The current day begins at 12:00 AM.

Citations Issued

  • Total displays total number of citations issued on the current day
  • Warnings displays total number of citations issued on the current day

Open Appeals

  • Appeals in Progress displays total number of appeals currently in progress
  • Hearings Requested displays total number of hearings that have been requested on the current day

Permit Revenue

  • Permit Revenue displays amount of revenue derived from permits issued on the current day
  • Permits Purchased displays number of permits purchased on the current day

Permits in Approval Queue

  • Displays total number of permits currently in the approval queue

Parking Sessions

  • Total Sessions displays total number of parking sessions started on the current day
  • Total Revenue dIsplays total revenue for the current day

Parking Session Averages

  • Average Session Duration displays average parking session duration for the current day
  • Average Session Revenue displays average parking session revenue for the current day
