The Permits Homepage Dashboard allows you to view your permit revenue and approval queue in real time.

Benefits

Use the Permits Homepage Dashboard to view a quick snapshot of your organization’s permit-specific data. You can use this data to help inform your decision-making process.

Time Considerations

Current Day

Data displayed in the dashboard reflects any activity that occurs between midnight and 11:59 PM on the current day.

Time Zones

The time zone is determined in portal for the logged-in user. 

Note: If the user travels to a different time zone, the dashboard will not reflect the new time zone.

Sections

Permit Revenue

• Permit Revenue displays amount of revenue derived from permits issued on the current day
• Permits Purchased displays number of permits purchased on the current day

Permits in Approval Queue

• Displays total number of permits currently in the approval queue

Permit Revenue by Type

• Displays amount of revenue derived from permits (organized by type) purchased on the current day
