How to Download and Get Started with Passport's Handheld Enforcement App (OpsMan Mobile)

Modified on Fri, 21 Jun at 8:24 AM

Overview

Parking Enforcement Officers (PEOs) can download Passport's OpsMan Mobile enforcement app in their Android’s Google Play store. Using OpsMan Mobile will allow the parking enforcement officer to see if the vehicle, through license plate numbers or active spaces, has paid for parking.

>>> download OpsMan Mobile <<<

Instructions

  1. Visit Android’s Google Play Store, then search for and download OpsMan Mobile. There is no limit to the number of devices.
  2. Login using the email address and password assigned by your administrator.
    • PEOs will now be able to view sessions and search for license plates. If a parker does not have an active session or has violated other parking regulations, the PEO, through the app, will have the ability to issue a ticket to the violator.

Once your system has been built by Passport’s Service Delivery team, your parking enforcement officers will be provided with a unique username and password to access OpsMan Mobile. Each time the enforcement officer is on duty, they will sign into OpsMan Mobile with these unique credentials. Once logged in, every citation issued by that enforcement officer will have the officer’s name, badge number, and signature auto-populated on each citation, reducing the number of steps required to issue a citation.
