How to Manage Scofflaw Violations (OpsMan Web)

Overview

The Boot and Tow features allow you to search scofflaws by name, LPN, boot/tow cross streets, make and model, or boot/tow number. This will return the scofflaw’s name, LPN, make and model, total outstanding fine, and the total number of citations associated with that violator. 

Instructions

1. In OpsMan, navigate to the Scofflaw > Boot and Tow tab
2. Use the filters on the left to search for the scofflaw
3. Once located, select the violator’s name to see a complete list of all outstanding citations
4. Update the status to Towed, Boot or Tow, Impounded, Disposed, Released, and Outstanding

You have the ability to pull a scofflaw report by using the Export Genetic File button found under the Scofflaw tab. Export Scofflaw allows you to quickly export a complete list of all Scofflaw offenders in either CSV, Excel, or LPR format.
