Access the Resource Center (OpsMan Web)

The Resource Center provides access to important product documentation, FAQs, and other items that will help you perform your job.

Use Cases / Examples

Visit the Resource Center to create a case to send to the Client Ops team or to submit rate build/change forms.


  1. Log in to OpsMan with your username and password
  2. Select Resource Center in the top right-hand corner of the screen
  3. View the Knowledge Base, submit and review open and closed support tickets
