Visit the Resource Center to create a case to send to the Client Ops team or to submit rate build/change forms.
Instructions
- Log in to OpsMan with your username and password
- Select Resource Center in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- View the Knowledge Base, submit and review open and closed support tickets
