Description

The Show Towed To Info in RMCPay enhancement allows parking offenders to look up where their vehicle was towed without having to contact their local parking department. Given this new functionality, offenders will be able to find their citation in RMCPay and then select “View More Info” to learn about the impound lot where their vehicle resides.

This feature is available to all clients, but it will only display if the tow data has been entered on the tow record within portal.
