Officer Tracking

The Officer Tracking page allows back office administrators to view the:

  • route their enforcement officers take while out in the field
  • location and number of citations issued each day
  • last known location of the enforcement officers on duty

Apply Filters

You can customize which information you view by adjusting the available filters:

  • Officers: Select all, one, or many officers to display their routes on the map.
  • Date: View the current date data, or adjust the filter to view any past date.
  • Duration: View a specific start and end time for a particular day by adjusting the circular sliders on either end of the date range. Additionally, you can use the back and forward buttons to navigate within a time range.

Citation Counter

The citation counter displays the number of citations issued for:

  • the time that has elapsed in the duration slider
  • the officers selected from the dropdown menu

Officer Routes

When you hover over a route, these officer details will be displayed: Officer Name, Officer Nickname, and Citation Count. 

Note: Hovering over one route will cause the other routes to fade so they are less prominent. 

Any citations issued by an officer on their route will be indicated by a small circle the same color as the route. When you hover over this small circle, some of the citation details will display on a tag: Officer Name, Citation ID, Time of Issuance, and Violation Name. Select a citation number in the tag to be taken to that citation’s Citation Details page.

Last Known Location

The officer’s Last Known Location displays the last time the officer logged in to OpsMan Mobile with a valid internet connect. This location displays as a single point on the map that contains the first and last initial of the officer.

When you hover over an officer’s last known location on the map, the Officer Name and Last Known Location will display on a tag. 

Note: This feature can only be used for the current date and up until the current time. 

Note: All filters will be read-only, so the time slider will be unavailable. 


Every Enforcement customer with the appropriate permissions will be able to access Officer Tracking.

How to Enable

To enable, reach out to your CS representative or create a Support Ticket.
