Overview
The Common Notes feature displays the current common notes set up and allows the ability to create new notes that will show up in OpsMan Mobile.
Instructions
- In OpsMan, navigate to the Ticketing > Settings > Common Notes tab
- To create a new common note, select the New Common Note button
- When creating a new note, check the box if it should be an internal note
- To edit an existing common note, select the Edit button
