Overview
If a parker would like his/her wallet refunded, you can do so quickly and easily in OpsMan.
Instructions
- Within OpsMan, navigate to the Customer Support > Support tab.
- Enter the Customer ID in the filter on the left, then select Submit.
- When the results appear, navigate to the Wallet tab.
- Then, select the Refund button on the right.
- Enter a reason, then select Refund.
