How to Refund a Wallet (OpsMan Web)

If a parker would like his/her wallet refunded, you can do so quickly and easily in OpsMan.


  1. Within OpsMan, navigate to the Customer Support > Support tab.
  2. Enter the Customer ID in the filter on the left, then select Submit.
  3. When the results appear, navigate to the Wallet tab.
  4. Then, select the Refund button on the right.
  5. Enter a reason, then select Refund.
