Overview

In order to request new signs or decals, please create a Support Ticket that includes your requested quantities, sizes and preferred shipping address. 

Based on signage research and testing, Passport recommends using 1 sign per 5 spaces for on-street parking and 1 sign per 10 spaces for off-street.  Signs should be placed above vehicle in a direction that is easily visible to the parker.  

Decals should be placed on the front payment side of meters and pay stations, as well as on the sides of pay stations.
