Overview

The Wallet Summary report displays details of the revenue generated from wallet transactions during a specific time period.

Instructions

1. In OpsMan, navigate to the Reports > Financial > Wallet Summary tab.
2. Filter the report on the left sidebar as needed.
3. The summary report shows the details of wallet transactions including parking refund information, offer details, transaction count, and other information.
   • Offer Acceptance Count. The total numbers of wallet recharges with offer price
   • Virtual Cash. The total value of wallet recharge. "Value" less "Buy Price" is the extra amount of the wallet value added above the charged amount.
   • Customer Deposit. The total amount charged to customer credit cards for wallet deposit in customer accounts.
   • Parking Refund Count. The total of how many refunds were issued.
   • Parking Refund Total. The total amount of refund.
   • Offer Refund Count. The total of how many refunds were issued based on offers.
   • Offer Refunded Total. The total amount of offer based refund.
   • Adjustment Credit Count. The number of credit adjustment.
   • Adjustment Credit Total. The total amount of credit adjustment.
   • Parking Transaction by Day End Count. The total number of wallet transactions by end of day filter.
   • Parking Transaction by Day End Total. The total amount of wallet transaction by end of day filter.
   • Parking Transaction by Entry Date Count. The total number of wallet transactions by entry date filter.
   • Parking Transaction by Entry Date Total. The total amount of wallet transaction by entry date filter.
