Overview
If a parker encounters an issue or question within the app, they can review common FAQs or contact Passport support.
Instructions
- Within the parking app, navigate to the Account Settings. Select the Support tab, then FAQs.
- Once in FAQs, there are multiple articles for general questions, questions around payment, the account settings, etc.
- If the parker has viewed the FAQs but still has a question and/or issue to report, the support team can be reached directly under the Contact Us link. Please note that this is not an instant chat, but instead an email to support.
