Overview

Within SpotBlock, we refer to all spaces as entities. 

Instructions 

Add an Entity

1. Select SpotBlock > Manage Inventory
2. Select Add Location
3. Complete all fields, then select Add Location
   1. External ID
   2. Type. Type of entity (e.g., metered, multispace, non-metered)
   3. Latitude. Coordinates where the entity is located
   4. Longitude. Coordinate where the entity is located

Manage an Entity

1. Select SpotBlock > Manage Inventory
2. Enter entity ID in the Search Meter / Space ID field
3. Select the desired entity to view the entity’s details page
   1. View and manage items on the details page
      1. Actions menu
         1. Select Actions > Move to Out of Service
      2. Blocked Dates
      3. Details
      4. Reservations
   2. View current and upcoming reservations involving that entity
   3. Select a reservation to view that reservation’s details page
