- Click "Sign Up" to create an account. You can submit a ticket without an account, but you can't see your list of Open and Closed tickets along with the conversation thread without an account
- Fill out the sign up form to create a support portal account
- If your email is already in the system click the highlighted login button noted beblow
- Click the "Forgot your password" link to send a password reset link
- Enter your email address
- Note at the top of your browser password reset instructions were sent
- Put in a new password
- Note at the top of the screen your password was successfully updated
