How to Use OpsMan Mobile to Monitor Your Zones (OpsMan Web)

Modified on Wed, 18 Jan, 2023 at 2:57 PM

Overview

Once your Parking Enforcement Officers are logged in to the OpsMan Mobile app and have paired printers, they are ready to begin monitoring your zones.

Instructions

  1. Select a specific Zone from the Zone section of the menu on the left-hand side.
  2. When you click a specific zone, you will see one of two types of lists depending on whether that specific Zone is space-based or license plate number (LPN) based.
    • In space-based zones, you will see a list of spaces in each zone you have selected. Each space will show as Active, Inactive, or Near Expiration (meaning there is less than 15 minutes remaining on the Active Session).
    • In LPN-based zones, you will see a list of license plate numbers in each zone you have selected. Each LPN will show as Active, Inactive, or Near Expiration (meaning there is less than 15 minutes remaining on the Active Session).
  3. To filter sessions in a zone, select the menu bar in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. This opens the Filters sidebar to Active Spaces, Inactive Spaces, Spaces Near Expiration, Occupied, or Free. You can also select or deselect all spaces or LPNs within a specific zone.
  5. To search for a specific space or LPN, select the Search icon and type in the space or LPN. As you type, OpsMan Mobile will display a list of matching results to speed up your search. If the LPN does not match any valid sessions within Passport’s database, the enforcement officer will be prompted to issue a citation.
