How to Mark a Vehicle as a Drive Away (OpsMan Web)

If a violator drives away before the enforcement officer is able to place a ticket on the vehicle, the ticket can be marked as a “drive away” and will still receive a citation in the mail.


  1. After a ticket has been issued, navigate to Previous Tickets under the Ticketing header on the side menu. 
  2. Select a ticket from the list. You will see three buttons at the bottom; select Update then scroll down to the Custom Fields section. 
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Set Update Drive Away to Yes.
  5. Add an additional note if more context is needed. 
  6. Select Submit
