Use the Paid Citations Report (OpsMan Web)

Overview

Keeping track of paid citations are a great way to have insight into compliance. You can use both the Unpaid Citations report and the Paid Citations report to calculate the percentage of citations paid and/or unpaid. In the Paid Citations report, you can filter to suit your needs and can see how many citations were paid, the total dollar amount paid, etc.

Instructions 

1. In OpsMan, navigate to the Reports > Ticketing > Paid Citations tab.
2. Filter by the zone(s), date range, etc. on the left.
3. Once your filters are submitted, view the summary and details on the right. You can also download the report for further details.
4. Available fields
   • Number of paid citations. The total number of individual paid citations for the filters selected.
   • Total amount paid. The total dollar amount paid from the citations.
