Overview
In OpsMan users have the ability to quickly check payment status of citations. This is helpful to be aware of when violators call or visit the office to discuss the status of their tickets. As an OpsMan user, you can verify the payment status of the citation by following these steps below.
Instructions
- The Amount Info can be accessed in two different ways: Manage Citations tab or Unpaid Citations report
- Manage Citations tab. In OpsMan, navigate to the Ticketing > Manage Citations tab. Search for the citation number and select the desired citation. Within the General tab, view the Amount Info section.
- Unpaid Citations report. In OpsMan, navigate to the Reports > Financial > Unpaid Citations tab. Select the citation, then the General tab, then you’ll see the Amount Info section.
- Available fields
- Base Violation Amount. The original amount of the citation.
- Total Amount. The total amount of the citation, including escalation amounts.
- Amount Paid. The total amount that the violator has paid.
- Amount Due. The amount remaining that is due.
