Use the Enforcement Custom Report (OpsMan Web)

Overview

The custom report is similar to other ticketing reports, but it provides an extensive list of filters to allow a unique report output specific to your needs.

Instructions

  1. In OpsMan, navigate to the Reports > Ticketing > Custom Report tab
  2. Use the filters to generate the report you need
    • Note: Add filters as necessary
  3. Use the Schedule This feature on the top right-hand side of the report to schedule a report to be generated and sent to your email during the time you designate
  4. Fields
    • Total Fee. The total sum of the base amount of the citations (not including the escalation fees).
    • Total Penalty. The total sum of the escalated fees.
    • Total Violation Amount. The sum of the total fees plus total penalties, including adjustments.
    • Total Adjustments. The amount that was manually adjusted (reflect both discounts and escalations).
    • Total Amount Paid. The total dollar amount paid from the citations.
