How to Appeal a Citation (OpsMan Web)

Overview

After parking citations are issued by enforcement officers, the data is available in real-time and can be accessed immediately through Passport’s violator payment portal. The appealing of a citation can also be completed in the payment portal. The payment portal is mobile-friendly, so violators can appeal their citation immediately after the ticket is issued.

Instructions

1. Access the payment portal website listed on the citation.
2. Search for the citation by one of these fields :
   • Citation Number
   • License Plate
   • VIN
3. Select Appeal on the citation.
4. Review the citation information and photo evidence.
5. Complete the fields under Appeal Information then select Appeal Now.
