Passport has helped clients recover up to 85% of outstanding citation payments using our Delinquent Revenue Recovery service.
The process is simple: send your unpaid citation data to Passport. Our team will identify the registered owner information for the owner at the time of citation issuance using a lookup process called skip-tracing. Passport will mail notices to violators, track when notices were sent and when payment has been received. Violators can pay for the delinquent tickets through Passport’s customer portal, just as they would a present-day citation.
