Overview

You can create a new wallet in the portal for a parker who does not have one already. This option is only accessible if the following conditions are met:

• You must have RBAC access to the Add New Wallet option (under Parker and Session Search privileges)
• You must be logged in with a portal account linked to the operator where the wallet needs to be created. 
  • For example, if you wish to create a City of Anytown Wallet for a parker, you must be logged in as a City of Anytown portal user. 
• Your Operator must have at least one active wallet offer.
• The parker must not have an existing wallet with the associated Operator.

Note: If the parker has at least one parking session tied to the Operator, you can create a new wallet with a $0.00 balance. The balance value must be either $0 or some existing value greater than $0.

Instructions

Create a New Wallet

1. Select Parking > Parker and Session Search
2. Search for the parker
   1. Note: Ensure that all conditions above are met.
3. Select the Wallet Info tab
4. Select Create New Wallet
5. Specify a wallet offer, initial wallet balance, and customize the reason for creating the new wallet
6. Select Create New Wallet
